Yummy No Bake Healthier For You Bars These bars were so quick to throw together and taste so good! An added bonus was I actually have everything to make these on hand! Yay! Love when that happens! The hardest part of this recipe was waiting for them to set in the refrigerator! {use the freezer to make this agonizing part faster 😉 }

I love these for a health{ier} treat for the kids since I know every.single.ingredient, there’s no unable to pronounce stuff in these!

Just 5 ingredients to make these Health{ier} For you bars! I bet you have them in your pantry right now!
Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Old Fashion Oats
  • 1¼ Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ⅔ cup honey {I used agave nectar} whichever is fine
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • {Optional}
  • coconut flakes
  • dried cranberries
Instructions
  1. In a medium sized saucepan, melt together peanut butter, honey and coconut oil.
  2. Remove from heat and add oats and chocolate chips. Stir until combined and chocolate chips are melted. Add in any optional add ins now.
  3. Spread into a 9x13 pan. Refrigerate until hardened, about an hour. Store in refrigerator.

TO find Coconut Oil, buy here or check your local health food store. And FYI my option is that these are healthier for you because you are using whole, natural foods that are much better then processed junk you will find in candy bars, etc. Plus Coconut oil has a ton of good health benefits! The fiber in the oats can’t hurt either :)
