I just found out that some people’s accounts have been blocked on Disney Movie Rewards because some of the codes I posted the last few days were old and were accidentally accepted, but shouldn’t have been. Please check to see if yours is, and if it is then call:
-Call Disney Movie Rewards at 1-866-246-8646; they are open Monday- Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. CT
-Explain that you were entering what you thought were valid codes and ask that your account be unblocked
-Your account can often be unblocked immediately and you should not lose any of the rewards points that you have accumulated
