State Fairs Information & How to Save at the Fair!

The summers State Fairs are starting! These are a great way to have a great family fun night out! They can get a little expensive if you aren’t careful so follow some of these tips to keep it frugal!

  • Eat Dinner at Home
  • Plan on having one or two treats to share as a family
  • Bring drinks along
  • Check the fairs website for any promotions or coupon to use!

Maryland State Fair Starts August 24th

Virginia State Fair Starts September 28th Pennsylvania State Fair

New Jersey State Fair – Starts August 3rd

Delaware State Fair – In progress now through July 28th

PA Fairs – different counties have different dates

West Virginia State Fair – Starts August 10th

New York State Fair – Starts August 23rd

North Carolina – Start October 11st

South Carolina State Fair – Starts October 10th

Ohio State Fair – Started July 25th and runs through August 5th

Wisconsin State Fair – Starts August 2nd

Iowa State Fair – Starts August 9th

Nebraska State Fair – Starts August 24th

Montana State Fair – Starts July 27th

Wyoming State Fair – Starts August 11th

Kansas State Fair – Starts September 7th

Tennessee State Fair – Starts September 7th

Louisiana State Fair – Starts October 25th

South Dakota State Fair – August 30th

North Dakota State Fair – Runs now through the 28th

Alabama State Fair – Starts August 24th

Maine State Fair – Starts July 27th

Michigan State Fair (out of funding)

California State Fair – Runs through the 29th of July

Texas State Fair – Starts Sept 28th

Arkansas State Fair – Starts October 12th

Colorado State Fair – Starts Aug 24th

Alaska State Fair– Starts Aug 23rd

Minnesota State Fair – Starts Aug 23rd
