Salted Caramel Chocolate Macaroons Recipe!

salted caramel macaroons

As soon as I heard the words salted.caramel.chocolate.coconut I knew I had to make these! These were very easy to whip up and I had them made it under an hour, of course I am also impatient and didn’t let them cool too long before placing the chocolate and caramel on top, or testing one!

If you would like to make these “prettier” and not as messy you can follow the original recipe and dip the bottoms into the chocolate instead of drizzling the chocolate onto the tops like I did. But I knew these were just going to get gobbled up by my boys once they got back from Cub Scouts so I wasn’t concerned. :)
