Meal Plan Monday: What’s For Dinner?

I know I hate the dreaded “What’s for Dinner?!” question when I am not prepared, so I *try* to come up with a Meal Plan each week. It helps make my week run a lot smoother when I already have an idea of what I am going to prepare!

So this is our meal plan this week, and it might change up a bit, but gives me a general idea of what I have on hand and will make

I got a 10lb. bag of Russet Potatoes for just $.99 at Kmart this week, so I may be more partial to potato recipes this week 😉

Monday:  Beef  Pot Roast in slow cooker with potatoes and carrots, with this seasoning recipe I am also making my Chili with Coffee and Beer today to have for lunches

Tuesday: Pork Chops with Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes and Green Beans

Wednesday: Popcorn Shrimp & French Fries with Corn

Thursday: Ham, Green Beans, and Potatoes {a favorite in my house}

Friday: Pork Loin Roast with Carrots and Mashed Potatoes

Saturday: Chicken Alfredo with Tossed Salad

Sunday: out to Eat or Leftovers
