Are coupons put out by stores, like Target, manufacturer coupons, meaning that I can use them in any store, not just the issuer? Same for catalinas?

If the coupon says 1.00 of 2 can I use 2 coupons and only get 2?

No you can’t usually use two coupons on one item–unless its a store coupon and a manufacturer coupon and your store allows “stacking”. I combine in store sales with coupons to get items for FREE.

I’m a little confused. Can I use two different coupons on one item? Is that how you end up with free stuff?

I have to dis-agree w/ #5.
While stores generally don’t mind, as a customer, I MIND. There have been so many times i’ve bought a product, got home and seen where the peely was supposed to be. I feel jipped, because I paid for that product, that coupon SHOULD have been mine!
Those peelies are for the person that buys the product, not for someone that wants a coupon.
