    You can use it for the hair. apply a small amount as you would on conditioner and leave for 1 hr. If you use it while it is warm it would have better absorption and leave your hair smooth and shinny. Now remember to give it a good wash after,(afterall it is oil). If you have fine hair go easy on the amount you use. I hope it helps.
