Easy Mother’s Day Craft!

I babysit two little one’s each week and wanted to make something with them for their Mom’s for mother’s day. This was a easy Mother’s Day Craft with very little out of pocket cost, since I used items I had already on hand. You can really use whatever you have already!

Supplies:

  • $1 picture frame
  • Scrapbook sheet of paper
  • Quote from quote book
  • paint
  • glue
  • spray paint {optional}

Instructions :

1.After I got home with the frames I took out the glass and traced it onto a piece of Scrapbook paper and cut it out. I had to trim it a little bit to fit into the frame.
2. Then I found quotes I like out of some scrapbook quote books I had. The were both printed on vellum paper  so I just glued them onto the scrapbook paper. {I could have done a better job gluing the one}

3. I then put paint onto the kids hands and had them place them down onto the paper.

4. We spray painted the frames just because I didn’t like the look of the frames, but you can easily skip this step.

5. We let everything dry and then put the frames back together.

Super easy and it cost me just $1 per frame :)
