Easy Coconut Custard Pie Recipe

easy coconut custard pie recipe I have been SO craving a coconut custard pie but thought it would be a lot of work to make one. Boy was I wrong! It’s SUPER easy!!  And VERY Good!

Easy Coconut Custard Pie Recipe
Serves: 8
  • 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, melted
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour or coconut flour if you have it
  • 2 teaspoons coconut extract
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 (3½–ounce) can shredded sweetened coconut (about 1 cup)
  • 1½ cup milk or 1½ Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, flour, sugar, coconut, extract and milk.
  3. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Bake until firm, about 45 to 60 minutes. Make sure to cover edges of pie with foil to prevent burning
  5. Either serve it warm, or my favorite way allow it to cool, then place in refrigerator overnight or for 8 hours
