Serves: 10

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces beer
  • 3 cups self rising flour** See notes if using All Purpose Flour
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Add flour and sugar together
  3. add in beer
  4. Stir and place in greased bread loaf pan
  5. pour melted butter over top of the bread
  6. bake for 50-60 minutes
Notes
To make All Purpose Flour into Self Rising Flour add 1½ tsp baking powder, and ½ tsp salt per 1 cup of flour so for this recipe you would need to add these amounts 3 times to all purpose flour

  1. Thanks for sharing – i luv the bread but don’t want to pay the TS price.

  2. Thank you for this recipe. My daughter sells TS and I placed a large order just to get her started and have to say I’m not overly impressed with the pricing. Unknown to her, I’m going to be making this recipe instead:-) My husband has a lot of customers that he likes to share home baked goods with as well so this will be great for me to make for them. Thank you and have a joyful day.
