Children’s Medicine Recall & What to do…

I am sure you have all heard about the Massive Recall of some Childrens Medicine, but if not here is a update:  Go here to read the press release and see the LONG list of recalled products. Here is a brief portion of the Press Release:

McNeil Consumer Healthcare Announces Voluntary Recall of Certain OTC Infants’ and Children’s Products

McNeil Consumer Healthcarein consultation with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), is voluntarily recalling all lots that have not yet expired of certain over-the-counter (OTC) Children’s and Infants’ liquid products manufactured in the United States and distributed in the United States, Canada, Dominican Republic, Dubai (UAE), Fiji, Guam, Guatemala, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Panama, Trinidad & Tobago, and Kuwait.

Here is what you can do:

Product Coupon/Refund Request:To receive a coupon good for future purchase or a refund for product affected by the recall, please complete this form in full with the required information. A representative from our Consumer Care Center will call you to verify your information.

If you have more than 6 affected products, please complete a second form with the remaining products or call the Consumer Care Center at 1-888-222-6036 We understand that this may cause some inconvenience at this time and appreciate your patience. Our Consumer Care Center is available Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern Time, and Saturday-Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time.
