Black Bean, Corn & Lime Salsa Recipe

This is a super easy and yummy salsa “salad” to take to any cook out or picnic! It takes a little short cut using fresh salsa from the store, but if you have the ingredients to make salsa at home you can use them as well!

It uses just a few ingredients, a container of fresh salsa, a can of corn, a can of black beans, and 2 limes & some seasonings! Served with a bowl of tortilla chips and that’s it!

Plus I will be using this salsa in a recipe for dinner tonight which I will share then, so it definitely is multipurpose!

Great salad for summer to serve with tortilla chips at a picnic or serve over lettuce & add chicken for a light dinner!
  • 1 Container Fresh Salsa {or make your own}
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can black beans
  • 2 limes
  • 1 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1½ teaspoons ground cumin
  1. Place Fresh Salsa in Large Serving Bowl
  2. Add drained corn & drained and rinse black beans
  3. add garlic salt & cumin
  4. squeeze the lime over everything
  5. mix well
  6. chill & serve
